About Me

As an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ,
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families.
My extensive experience includes not only working as a private practice therapist but also a clinican at county mental health. This diverse experience enhances my ability to provide therapy to a variety of cultures and in multiple languages, including English, and Farsi (Persian).

Possessing a strong interest in women's issues; and having
completed my doctoral degree, focusing on women's self-efficacy,
I am an expert in guiding women in achieving life goals and overcoming
obstacles. Some of the most preplexing issues women work on
overcoming include self-esteem, body image, self-empowerment,
relationship and communication skills. My source of satisfaction comes
from assisting people in meeting their full potential and in pursuing a
higher quality of life.
