As an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families.

My extensive experience includes not only working as a private practice therapist but also a clinician at the County mental health. This diverse experience enhances my ability to provide therapy to a variety of cultures and in multiple languages, including English, and Farsi (Persian).

I possess a strong interest in women's issues. Furthermore, my doctoral degree is focused on women's self-efficacy. This makes me an expert in guiding women in achieving life goals and overcoming obstacles.

Some of the most perplexing issues with which I help women include low self-esteem, body image, self-empowerment, relationship and communication skills.

My source of satisfaction comes from assisting people in meeting their full potential in pursuing a higher quality of life.
